Aluminum Casting Wiper Mount Adapter is a small part which is used as Mount head on windscreen wiper system. The technology for this part is high pressure die casting. This material has very good performance on fluidity, also, this material have very good capability of processability.  It is always used for producing kinds of housing such as transmission system, motor housing, mounting bracket etc.

The Automotive Wiper Parts have requirement of assembling a spring pin by punching. Punching work is very dangerous to hand operation, so as to avoid any personal injury during production, the engineer will make strict work instruction, especially the request on the machine, the machine can only work when the two buttons are pressed together by the two hands, in this case, the industrial injury can be avoided. 

The part has requirement of powder coating treatment, so the density of the part is very important, unqualified part usually have a lot of void inside. So the mold design is very important, such as the layout of the location of the injection gate, runner, venting system etc. The technology of powder coating has process of curing in oven under about temperature of 200 degree, in this case, the porosity inside of the parts will expand to get out, leading to bubble on the part surface, such defect is unacceptable. 

What's more, for the design of the mold, should attach great attention to the parting lines, considering the convenience for operation of deburring, polishing.  

By the way, as an experience die casting producer, we usually will run solidification analysis prior to the built of the die.
