Problem 1:Appearance cold shut.

 if two alunimum alloy liquid flow together,they are not completely fused. The bonding force of alunimum alloy will be very weak, if the pouring temperature and mould temperature are low. should increase the temperature of pouring and mould.   The flowability of alunimum alloy is poor, the runner location is not correct, the flow path is too long, and the filling speed is too low. The injection pressure should be increased, the rapid injection and pressurization should be increased, and the filling time should be shortened

Problem 2: Burrs

The reason is following:

The mould clamping force is not enough, the injection speed is too high, the pressure shock peak is too high, so it is necessary to adjust the appropriate die casting process. The sundries on the parting surface are not cleaned up, and the strength of the mould is not good,resulting in mold parting surface deformation
