when Aluminum alloy in the pressure chamber fullness is too low, the volume of air pressure is too fast.The mold exhaust is bad, the aluminum alloy liquid does not exhaust. If the melting temperature is too high, the exhaust tank should be increased, the mold temperature at the bubble point will be reduced, and the degassing and slag removal of the aluminum alloy liquid will be strengthened.

If the mold temperature is too low, the aluminum liquid cooling time is too fast, open top products, the need to increase the dwell time, don't be too quick to open, full combustion. Reduce the concentration of mold release agent.

B,Shape deformation

if product structure is unreasonable, will cause uneven contraction, if mold is opened too fast, the product does not have complete solidification cooling,  it is necessary to change the product structure, adjust the mold opening time. otherwise, will cause shape deformation
